1. Absolutely NO seeds or gum in dugouts or on fields.

2. Please have all players through all age divisions arrive with both cleats AND turf shoes to accommodate for portable mounds, turf, etc...

3. A $10 general admission & $5 65&Over/10&Under/Military gate fee will be present at all fields both Saturday & Sunday. CASH ONLY. Please raise awareness and notify families and fans of teams beforehand. No charge for players and coaches.

It is our goal to provide the best quality of experience while keeping the integrity of the game intact as best as possible. That being said:

1. Metal and/or Wood Bats allowed.

2. Line-up cards MUST be submitted to home plate umpire at home plate meeting and all game-changes MUST be reported to home plate umpire during the game.

3. EH and/or DH allowed.

4. Basic substitution and re-entry rules will apply.

5. Courtesy runner for the pitcher and/or catcher at any time. (Bench player or last out.)

6. Time limits will be as follows with approx. 20 minutes in between scheduled games:

   • 1:40 16&U, 18&U (No new inning after 1:40)

7. Mercy rules will be as follows across all age divisions:

   • 12 after 4

   • 10 after 5

   • 8 after 6

8. Extra innings rules:

   • If a game is tied after 7 innings and the time limit has not been reached inning 8 will be played with a runner on second base (Last out of inning 7) until a winner is declared or the time limit has been reached.

   • Saturday pool play may end in a tie.

9. Please have players hustle on and off the field in between innings.

1. 16&U, 18&U

   • No pitch limit - Please use appropriate discretion.

1. We kindly ask each team to supply 1 dozen baseballs to each field’s announcer’s booth upon arrival of the teams designated first game.

2. We also ask for each team to retrieve foul ball’s on the sides of their respective dugouts during game play.

The Clubhouse Facility can be made accessible for pre-game workouts upon request. Please contact via call/text (831) 643-5988 to reserve. First come, first serve.

As it stands, Saturday scores and Sunday scheduling (upon the conclusion of Saturday’s pool play) as well as any other updates will be dispersed via the email thread that this message is received, via Clubhouse Instagram (@clubhouse_831) & direct text message to coaches for information to be dispersed as they see fit/to families and fans.
